Focus Inward; Balance Energy
I had a great yoga class tonight that got me to turn my thoughts inward, and put to rest the worry in my mind of any other outside forces.
Everyone has a soft side, full of compassion, kindness and love - as well as a hard side of courage, strength & aggression. Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves, while other times we don’t push ourselves to reach potential or fulfill our capabilities, which can lead to unsettled feelings or regret at the end of the day.
My focus this week is to find the delicate balance between those two energies.
